OPTION ONE: fILL IN THE IMAGE

Every leader needs a pack.

Sometimes that pack will be present as a unique and custom painting of a sled team on the wall behind their desk.  


The chosen photograph was first submitted then simplified in photoshop.

The mural image is then desaturated of colour, broken-up into 12x16 inch canvases and given to participants on the day of the big event.

All the participants get their black and white piece of the puzzle along with a colour handout , customized to their specific canvas.

Everyone does the best they can to mix paint and cover over the black and white version during the two hour activity.  

At the end of the event all the pieces are brought together and everyone gets to SEE THEIR PLACE IN THE BIGGER PICTURE!

The mural  is later hung on the office wall as a memento of the groups  experience adding fresh colour and memories to their shared space.

Everyone Gets a blank canvas with a GRID

To aid in the creative process, everyone is given a blank canvas 

with a grid placed on its surface

A Black & White Outline Handout

Artists do a quick sketch on their canvas using a black & white handout before switching to colour

Paint Over

Now that the sketch is on the canvas we hand out the custom colour pages that he group members us to fill in the shapes with pre-mixed and ready to mix paints

All canvas pieces are wired on the back and dried before being packaged in a large plastic tote for easy transport back to your office.
