Our Core Values

We Foster Education

No one will leave our events a great artist.
We won’t teach you how to paint like a master in two hours.
We WILL re-introduce you to your love of creating though. We WILL get your creative juices moving again and can almost guarantee you’ll walk out a more imaginative person than when you came.
A class on painting isn’t just about paint; it’s about the power of invention and this is a mind-set and skill which can be prodded and encouraged. You can be the mechanism of your own change if you’re willing to put yourself and your team out there.
Take a break and re-educate yourself.

We encourage risk taking

Your team is working toward a goal.
A large mural is going to be installed in your office and appreciated for years to come and everyone wants to do the best job they can.
But just because the spirit is willing doesn’t mean the flesh will follow. We encourage risk takers and back them up with raw talent when needed.
So when your team needs a helping hand, ours is there for you.
Each of our instructors and assistants are artists in their own right and are eager to catch you when you fall. So take chances with your work and together we’ll make something great!

We Practice Honesty

There is no good without bad.
If you haven’t picked up a brush since childhood, you’re going to make mistakes and we’re going to tell you. However we won’t be cruel about it, just honest.
We’re here to get you excited about creating, to get your team energized for the opportunity to play.
We’re here to help – but we’ll tell you when you need it.
It’s a team effort and no one wants to let the team down.
Learn from us – and take the lessons home!
.

We Create Fun

Having canvases set up and prepared isn’t going to be enough to bring your team together.
That’s where the Art Factory shines, by bringing a sense of lighthearted play and enthusiasm to your event we can eliminate the fears some have of tackling a medium they haven’t attempted since childhood – and just get into the fun of painting!
